These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdt33 platform and all its services. When you open an account on bdt33, start using the services, or access the platform in any way, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual.
• If false or misleading information is proven to have been provided.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any outstanding balance will be settled in accordance with the applicable terms.

All financial transactions on bdt33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The mobile payment service of United Commercial Bank.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• You must use an MFS account registered in your name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance will be added to your bdt33 account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to your own MFS account.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) in betting before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• A bonus is applicable only once unless stated otherwise.
• bdt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud is proven in order to take advantage of bonus offers, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Casino games, slots, and sports betting services are available on bdt33. All games are operated to ensure fair play.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bdt33 or its staff cannot predetermine or alter the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs in the middle of a game session, the system will either revert to the previous state or record the result depending on the game status at that time. In such cases, bdt33's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Please read the applicable odds and terms carefully before placing a bet in the sports betting section. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.4 VIP Program

bdt33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt33 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Systematic betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors for an advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.

• bdt33 will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.

12.2 Final Decision

On any matter related to game results, bonus eligibility, and accounts, the decision of bdt33's management will be considered final; however, all decisions will be made fairly and transparently.
